Cults are allowed to exist because one of the prinicles [sic] our nation was founded upon was that of religious freedom. Your rights in this matter are constitutionally protected. It only becomes a problem when the group does something that is clearly illegal, then it ceases to be a religion and becomes a cult. This type of behavior predates our Constitution by thousands of years simply because evolution (which has nothing to do with religion, go figure) wired the males of our species to mate with as many females as possible...
